1. The safety training for 2009/2010 is attached and the district requires 100% participation in these trainings.
2. A comparison of the Health premiums that occurred in the July 15 for 12 month employees and will occur in the August 28 check for all 9 month paid employees is attached.
3. All employees participating in a health program, must complete a Tobacco Use Certification on or before October 31, 2010. Attached is the online instruction or a waiver form that you may mail to Employee Insurance Program (EIP). The preferred method is to use the on line certification process.
Remember this October 2009 is our Open Enrollment period. This is the time when you may drop or add dependents to health and/or dental.
